Will these wheels fit my truck based on the info below.

Summit Racing Part Number:LRZ-02189552735 using 245/40/18 tires

68' stepside, about to convert to 5 lug with a axle replacement. Lowered to 30.5" in the rear and 28.5" in the front. Probably go another inch or two down in the rear.
