A quick question about trim rings

Thanks to all who helped me with my last post on tire selection.

I've ordered 15x7 fronts, and 15x8 rears for my truck - corvette style rallys. Is there a size difference between the 7" wheel and the 8" wheel for trim rings? I'm wanting the 3" wide for the 8's and wanted to make sure on the 7's.

Thanks in advance!

JMO, I would try to find one a half inch narrower for the front. It would help accentuate the width difference from the back even more. Do you already have some?

Re: A quick question about trim rings

Thanks, Econman - I don't have the rings yet. I opted to order on the wheels and tires for now until I find out about ring sizes - plus I am still trying to decide on a cap choice for them.

Gotcha! Polished stainless look/wear the best. The factory versions are somewhat roundish in shape. They are available in a flatter/square version that looks sportier IMO.
