69 to 72 balljoint difference

hey all i need to know whats different about the upper balljoints between 69 and 72 units. i have a 72 chassis with shortened control arms i want to return to factory of which i have a full 69 roller that i can use the parts off of an insight is greatly appreciated

The difference in the ball joints is determined by what spindle you have, disc or drum.

I have disk on the truck I want to put the 69 control arms on. Guess I can switch ballpoints? The lowers are all the same from 67-72?

Lower ball joints are 63-70 and 71-87 fitment.
