parking brake

have a 1948 gmc 1/2 ton...parking brake and cables have been ripped out..never hook one up.. where can I go for info on parts that I need and maybe a picture on what the hook up looks like. thanks

I'm having to go through the same issue currently on my 72 C10 (PO ripped it out). I've found some parts through vendors (Inline Tube, LMC, Classic Ind, etc), but I've gotten a lot of the small/hard to find parts through guys parting trucks here on the board. have the magazine, just not sure of all the parts I need,i don't think this a popular topic, you are the only one to respond...will get on stovebolt and see what they say, thanks for writing back...
