Pictures of 1960-1966 Towing?
I do not know if this has been covered or not but just curious to see some of our vehicles being used to tow anything? If your have some pictures lets see them and give some basic info what being towed? I will get a pic up here soon but first have to finish my bed and then will hook a trailer soon.
GVW? Air Bags? Hitch? Brakes? Transmission? Thanks |

I use mine to tow stuff. '65 C-30 with worn-out 283/SM420/4.10 gears and big tall mud tires. I added a trailer brake controller and brakes to one axle of the car trailer by the time I hauled the '74 dually (the novelty of extra brakes was not lost on me
 ). I would guess the highest GCW was something like 12,000lbs. The truck itself weighs about 4,600lbs empty, IIRC.
