Raising wood bed floor

There's tons of threads on the topic but haven't found anything that involves raising a floor only about 2". Most threads I've found people are raising 8" or more. Any creative ideas to raise the floor 2" with minimal modify and fabrication? This is all just to get my axle to sit in my in frame notch when aired out. Any ideas/pictures would be appreciated.
