This question is for those of you who have KYB shocks.

I can get KYB shocks at wholesale prices, from my neighbor. I want short shocks like Early Classic sells for lowered trucks.

Can someone with ECE KYB shocks tell me the part number they sold you, so I can order some? Obviously, KYB doesn't catalog a short shock for lowered trucks, so ECE is just selling some other application that fits dropped trucks. I need the part numbers if any of you still have the boxes laying around.

I'd sure appreciate it,

Sorry, but I won't have my KYB's for another couple weeks, I could tell you then though... I'm sure one of these guys will be able to tell you,

If you need it quick, just call up ECE and ask them what model number the KYB shocks they sell are.

Sounds like you got a deal on your hands!

I'm pretty sure that if you go with a drop spindle in the front, and drop srop springs in the rear, they sell a shock relocation kit for the rear, and you can use the stock shock set up. I work at a whole seller that sells KYB shocks, and I also have access to thier tech department, (called them today as a matter of fact) but we are so busy this time of year, my boss would have a fit if he found out I spent 20 min on the phone with KYB tech, for a non work related reason. PLus I would need to know the actually amount of drop, and how it was dropped.

I don't have a lowered truck BTW. I ordered stock stance KYB's from ECE for 3/4 ton.

I just broke down and bought the short KYBs from ECE. They put their sticker right over the KYB part number on the box, so I have no idea what part number they really are.

I used a kit from ECE, the front is KYB GR2 02-7002, rear is 02-7510. Don't know if this is ECE's part # or KYB's, but that is what' s on the box

Turner Enterprises sells a front shock relocator mount, www.turnerrodsntrucks.com, for $45 for the pair. You can see a pic at my website http://www.cox-internet.com/switzead...e%20Small.pdf. It is in pdf format though. Then you can use the standard shock. They have some other pretty nice things as well, trailing arm relocator and motor mounts.
