Would this size wheel fit?
I am still on the search for an 88-98 SWB 2wd 1500.
But, I have these wheels already from another project and am cursious if they would fit. 17x9.5 wheel with 5.25 Backspacing. Right now they have 275/40/17s which I know would be a bit short even on a lowered truck. Just wondering if they would fit with that bs, and width, especially on the front. Bolt pattern is correct, btw. Not apposed to running a small spacer.

You mentioned that you are in search for a 2WD, 1500. I can't answer your question regarding the wheels and back spacing but am wondering what you are looking for in a truck. I have a 1991 GMC Sierra, 2WD, 1500 that I have owned for over 20 years,(2nd owner), with 49000 original miles. No winters since I have owned this truck. 350ci. full power. I may be able to help you in your search. Bruce |
