Great way to end a great day.
The sun is shining, the snow and ice is gone. I spent the day out in the shop pulling/listing parts. This is the perfect way to end the day....

Sounds good. I may have to get adventurous someday and try something like that. I am pretty crude, brisket, pork butt and ribs are usually my thing.

Lookin' good! It was seared Ahi Tuna, grilled vegetables and baked potatoes here today, for lunch. Finally got My Buick running. The truck doesn't need any help, though. Just keeps on truckin'.
