A '68 Found While On Holiday
While on holiday in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I found a '68 Fleetside short-box. (I have to admit that it was my wife who spotted it and pointed across the street and says "Oh! Look at that old truck". She regretted telling me, as she had to stand around in the heat while I crawled all over this interesting truck.)
it is an I-six with a four on the floor, with a few differences as you can see. 160 km/h speedometer, heater delete (unheard-of where I come from ), there was no Chevrolet lettering on the hood, no side mirrors, weird tailgate and tail lights. Thoughts of buying it and driving it back to Canada briefly crossed my mind, but we had only three days til we flew home. It had been sitting for quite a few years and even if I could have made a deal, it would have taken more time than we had to fix it up to make such a trip. I don't know if I could even import it into Canada.

Mexican truck. They show up from time to time on here. That is why the bed is different looking to you and the speedo is metric
