HICKEY tire carrier/with jerry can complete, 38 gallon tank
parting out a project. tire carrier with inner and outer brackets and can. $300+shipping. 38 gal tank came in a 72 i bought years ago, had plans but sold truck. $200

Can you please post a closeup of the jerry can retainer (the top bracket and bolt assembly)? I have a carrier that is complete save for that/those parts and am hoping to see what they look like so I can get them repro'd.

Is that gas tank the standard 71-72 Suburban gas tank? Because the replacement part they list in LMC is a 21 gallon.

Why not just ship it. I just had a 38 gallon tank shipped from Kansas city to west Michigan for $55 and tire carrier can ship for $40 or less.
