Hello from Delaware
Hello all. New to the forum and to trucks. My wife's grandfather passed and I was offered his 82 custom deluxe. He took pretty good care of it considering its been sitting outside for 32 years. Not really sure where to start with this thing, bodies straight just a few rust holes and just passed inspection. Hopefully I'll learn a lot here

Re: Hello from Delaware
Welcome. C'mon in and look around. You're among friends here.
Looks like you have a good truck to start a project. What are your plans?

Re: Hello from Delaware
For now just getting the body work straightened out, already have my LMC wish list. Pop called it "Old Blue" so I'd like to keep the blue and maybe the patina (though I'm sure some hate that look). Lower it a little, nice rally wheels, and just drive it till the 6 cylinder goes then put a small block in it.
