A Couple Lowering Questins

I'm finally getting some garage time to lower my 84 C10 longbed tonight and tomorrow. I think I have everything I need. I've done some searching, and I can't seem to find the answer to a couple of questions.

What is the torque spec on the lower control arm shafts? My Haynes manual has the upper control arm shaft specs at 140 ft/lbs, but the lower shaft specs aren't in there. I looked at the "Rebuilding Your C10's Front End" article by Mike Ervin. He recommends 115 ft/lbs for the top and bottom shafts. Because that's different from the Haynes manual specs on the top shafts, I'm not inclined to follow the 115 ft/lbs recommendation for the bottom shafts.

I know I have one more question, but I can't seem to remember it now that I've typed out my first one. I hate it when that happens. If I remember the second question, I'll type it out later.

Thanks for your help ahead of time.
