Dana 60 Install
Finally completed installation of my Dana 60 TracLok front differential! Decided to completely rebuild the entire unit prior to installation...kind of a hassle but it's easier on stands than in the truck anyway. Thanks go to Larry and Chris, two great friends who helped make it all possible. The best part of these trucks are the many good friends we share our hobby with. Will try to post some pics as soon as I figure out how (computer illiterate). Just wanted to post this to celebrate a small victory. Personally, it's the little things that keep me going. What I didn't realize was the truck actually sets a little higher in the front now so the rear will have to up slightly to compensate. Good luck on everybody's projects!

Yukon Jack,
Didn't even think to take pics but will be doing more in the future and will try to post those when I get'em. As I said, I am about as computer illiterate as can be. I'll just have to get out from under the truck enough to sit down and figure the picture stuff out. Hind Sight! Trukman1

When I put my dana 60 in it raised me about 1", I allready had a 4" lift and instead of using a block under my steering arm I used a dodge arm and it worked out great.
