NC Factory Auxilliary Spring Mount Needed

I have a complete set up for my stepside, now getting a set for the fleetside. I have the frame mounted part with the spring, but need a set of the bottom mounts that bolt on the trailing arms under the rear diff. Please see the pics.

Again....need the parts between the rear diff and the trailing arms...The two smaller plates (in the 2nd pic). Tried to put a few pics up for reference of where they mount and of what I need. The black set is the set I have currently.
