Brake peddle ratio?
I've been speaking via e-mails with wilwood on the issue of running a booster (vacuum) or using their aluminum master cylinder in a manual set up. They want to know what the "brake pedal ratio" is. I feel like I should know this but I don't. How do I figure out what it is?

It's the relationship between the pivot of the brake pedal to where the rod goes to the master cylinder divided by the overall length of the brake pedal.

you can change the ratio on these trucks bye drilling a new hole. There is no need for a booster.

I've spoken to wilwood and they are saying it should have a firm pedal as is without a booster. I know Keith (n2billet) had built several without ever using a booster. By my measurements the ratio should be 6.75 to 1. Thanks for the responses.
