69 c10 drop help!!

Hey what's up guys I'm new to this forum, to make it quick I'm about to work on my friends 69 c10 and I'm going to do a 5/7 drop on the truck, my first time lowering a c10 up front i will be doing the disc brake conversion with spindles and springs and rear 4"springs but what else can I use to add those extra 3" of drop on rear, drop blocks?
