Stepside Bumper Interchange ?
Will a Stepside bumper from a Later (73-up) fit a 67-72 stepside with no modifications? Thanks in advance for your help !

The mounting brackets are not the same. Do you have the correct ones?

I don't have the brackets yet....my truck came with a old step-up bumper that someone hacked up to fit the truck...really ugly. I'll be searching the parts board for the correct brackets. Thanks for your reply !

Classic Parts of America sells reproduction 67-72 bumper brackets in a set.
Most of the time a used set will cost the same money with the high price of shipping.

also be carefull as 4x4 brackets are differnt from 2wd.
also if your gonna get the correct brackets you might wanna get the splash sheilds too.
