14 bolt FF swap

Finishing up my 14 bolt swap, sorry no pictures, but this has been documented on here well already. I just have to bleed and adjust my brakes.

I think TxFF has a thread on this also.

I got my coil spring perches from CaptainFab over in the 60-66 forum. They fit perfect and I would highly recommend getting them from him. CPP has a conversion kit; perches, adjustable track arm and mount, but they are for the C10 and I believe the 14 bolt has 3 1/2" axle tubes.

Also LostMy65's idea with the homemade jig for welding on the spring perches really made it easy.

I would highly recommend this swap to anyone wanting to get away from there Eaton's low gear ratio. I found a 3.21 14 bolt and those gears are no longer available new, but you can still get 3.42s either OEM or Sierra through EastCoastGear.
