Call Jerry Brown at THE TRUCK SHOP in Crossville TEnn. I bought a set last year from him. SIT Down When he tells you the price. He has someone at a machine shop make them for him and my cost me $90. If you are going to Charlotte as I am , have him bring them with him to save the shipping.

Before I paid a lot of money for those brackets, I would take a long hard look at a bench seat bracket. If you have access to a welder a simple adapter can be made out of a piece of angle iron. Thats what I did to mine and it looks stock. I am at work now but if you want I could e-mail you pics of the adapter.

There's a set of driver's side brackets on e-bay right now. I know they are different, but one of you might be able to use them.
