Help with 307 V8 suffix code “TG”

I have a 1967 K10 short bed stepside. It originally was equipped with a 292.
A prior owner installed a 1969 307 V8, block casting number 3956632.
It is stamped “V0509TG” on the right front top of the block, meaning Flint, May 9th.
I am curious as to what does the suffix code “TG” signify on a 1969 307?
Thank you for any help.
(The several internet “decoder” websites were no help to me).
