1959 GM production line pics

i thought they were great to post over here too (i also thought martinsr doesn't like us anymore ![]() i think i see truk on the line except they are running 59s, these trucks look yellow, but i believe they are more cream colored. amazing thing is that they are running 2 different cars and trucks in the same plant in the same final assembly area. ![]() ![]() link to matrinsr's thread hotrodders.com/awesome-gm-production-line-photos-59

Those look like big trucks, the yellow could have been a SPEC color for a specific customer that ordered a lot. They are cool pics.

Yep... great pics. I agree that the yellow truck looks like cab + chassis larger than one ton. I've found original yellow trucks in the midwest. Some regions seemed to get more of one color than others.
