89 C2500 Lower Ball Joint
Any tips on removing the lower ball joints on my 89 2wd silverado C2500 I have removed the knuckle down to the ball joint, Need help how to knock it out or what ?

IFFFFFF I remember correctly when I did my ball joints on my 89 c1500 the uppers were riveted in an the lowers are pressed.

Thats correct, I have removed the rivets & replaced the upper ball joint the lower is pressed in I have a mobile hand press but the ball joint is to long for the press.. So now what. I seen where the knocked them out on line I tried that to.

yes thats what I have moog. The book says to remove the control arm and take it to a dealer or machine shop and have it presses out & a new one pressed in.

Got it out , I took my cut off wheel and cut the ball joint and used the press came right out.
