steering wheel idea

I found this old steering wheel in my grandpa's shed and thought it would look good in the truck. It'll fit, just have to try and bend the turn signal and shift lever back some.

Re: steering wheel idea

Anyone have an idea of it's origin? I see a bowtie in the center. The wheel diameter looks like 15" or so. See how the shifter handle sticks out past the wheel. Our truck wheels are 17" or so?
That wheel is similar to the 40 Ford car wheel so is it maybe 40 Chevy car?

That's a very cool wheel, definitely worth restoration.

I see you need to find the horn ring, or make it. Then you have a beaut.
