AC hose and muffler assembly

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good reproduction of the AC hose - the one that bolts to the back of the compressor and has the muffler on it.

My hoses is cracked, though may not leak (AC didn't work when I got it). But the real problem is trying to restore it to a decent finish. Painting it didn't look right, and I can't polish, blast, or grind it to the right finish.

If anyone knows what the repros look like (or better yet, a photo of one!), please let me know.

Also I don't know if big block is any different, but that's what mine is.
