Parking break bolt hole

I took off my parking brake bracket to get to the steering coloumn. Now i can't seem to get the bolt holes to line up. Any sugesstions?Name:  20140427_192000_resized.jpg

Loosen all of the bolts and use a punch in hole to align and then tighten the bolts.
