69 Suburban Rear for a swap?

Hey all,

Received a call from a gentlemen with a 69 Suburban 12 bolt rear available. It's leaf with 6-lug axles.

I just want to confirm a few things before I go pick it up.

1. The 64-70 12-bolt from a suburban would be the same width as that in a pickup, meaning it should be the same width as my 3/4 rear I'm swapping out.

2. The leaf perches should in the same location (not a huge deal if not)

3. The conversion axles for the same year pickup will work.

I'm assuming yes to all of these, but just wanted to check in case there were nuances that might make this rear a no go.

Guy wants $150, and it's a Posi w/3.73, which is pretty spot on for what I'm looking for.

The only thing I think is different between the 12-bolts is the width.
I think when they come from a disc brake truck they're 3/4" wider per side. 1-1/2 total overall.

Yeah I believe the 71+ diffs are 1.5" wider overall, however I just wanted to basically ensure that the Suburbans didn't follow a different year pattern of rear-end changes, or differ somehow where it wouldn't work in my application (replacing an 8-lug D60 in a 66 GMC)

Hoping someone can confirm, as I'd like to snag this soon but don't want to make the drive if it isn't going to work.

The Suburban/Panel 12 bolts are exactly the same as the pickup 12 bolts from '63 to early '70.
