Name this seat
Ok...
In search for a seat for my burb. My original plans fell through. This pic is of a member's ride. He said these seats came from a 2002 Silverado Ext Cab and lift or fold forward. [IMG] ![]() Now I have a 2004 ext cab and the seats do not fold forward and I went to a salvage yard this morning and none of those folded forward either... however in the pic his seats have something mine does not. A lever at the bottom (kinda cut off in the pic). Doing some googling I found that it is a "Entry Lever". A 2002 Ext cab has 4 doors as far as I know soooooo anyone know what the difference is in this seat and where I should look? I hate using someone else's idea however I need this functionality... the seats will be recovered. Any help appreciated. |

Re: Name this seat
Hey Bill, glad you got it figured it out, I did want to mention something though...
The lever at the bottom of the picture is the regular seat back recline lever. Entry seats have a second lever mounted vertically to the rear of the recline lever. If you're still seat shopping, the RPO you're looking for is AE7 (SEAT,FRT SPLIT,EASY ENTRY EASY ENTRY SPLIT F/SEAT(AE7))
