dumb glovebox liner question (this is an easy one)
I've searched and seen pics of what I am not sure is the RIGHT way to install the GB liner. Here's the dumb question:
Does the lower lip of the cardboard liner get sandwiched between the hinge of the GB door and the metal dash (i.e. securing the bottom of the GB liner very well because the hinge screws go through it then attach to the clips in the dash) - or - does it simply tuck under the metal of the dash (as shown) not between the hinge and the metal (this way seems to LOOK correct, but it doesn't necessarily solidly connect the bottom of the BG liner). The first way seems more solid, but the second way seems to look better. Can someone pls check an original to see if it's sandwiched between the dash and hinge or if it merely tucks under the dash (as in the pic below). Thank you! |

Re: dumb glovebox liner question (this is an easy one)
thanks guys - that's what I was thinking, but just "looked" funny, so I wanted to QA myself. Makes the most sense as that's the only way for it to be a "secure" install. Thanks Andy and 69ct, much appreciated.
