5.3l runs a bit rough after water pump change

What's up guys, today I finally got my truck all put back together again and when I started it up I could tell it wasn't running right. When I parked it, it ran totally fine. (except water pump was leaking) when I tore it down I changed the water pump and thermostat. Now that it's all back together and running I start it up and try to give it some gas and the drive by wire gas pedal doesn't work. If I let it sit long enough it just dies. I might have a vacuum leak? For the gas pedal Am I missing a ground? Take a look
