Radio Wiring Question: 60-62'
Quick question guys:
does anyone know how to power up and wire the 60-62 Radios to test them? This thing is an odd looking radio with a transformer and stuff on the left. Where is the power input? Ground input? Many Thanks!! Coley

Re: Radio Wiring Question: 60-62'
Anywhere on the radio chassis is ground. There is a single spade terminal on the left side for power. A double spade goes to the speaker. You need an antenna, a coat hanger or screwdriver usually works on the bench. I've heard that you should not operate them without a speaker hooked up and that the speaker needs to be the correct ohms to avoid possible damage to the radio.
