Bagged c10 dually
So I got a 67 c10 that this guy was going to just scrap and I decided that I wanted to do a bagged project for once, right now it has leaf springs and sits completely stock with no bed. I have a 350/400 setup ready to go in and I have a dually rearend that I can use as well, now I want to bag this truck to lay as low but not lay frame, and still pull a 8klbs gooseneck that's 40' long.
I don't want to take the truck on long drives but just around to local shows and tows that I have to do around town. I the suspension from a coil spring c10 to use as well. What is the safety of the bags if I were to put them on? Will I need to put 4 bags on the truck to support the weight? Boxing in most of the frame and adding cross members? Im not planning on c-notching the frame, but maybe moving the axle closer to the cab to use the arch in the frame that's alreadyt here. I guess I'm asking is this going to be safe and ok? |

Re: Bagged c10 dually
Considering bags are used in 18 wheelers
You will just need to use the appropriate sized bags for the job
