pic request of inside blazer with tailgate closed
I,m in the process of raising my bed floor 2 inches and was needing to know where to put my back brace across the back by the tailgate,a 1 ich sq. tubing from taillight to taillight.I was planning on running it just in front of the 3 inch main rear brace but was wondering if the tailgate will hit it when closed.I took lots of pics when I was tearing it apart but not that pic.The tailgate is buried in the shed and is heavy and I,m by my self so was hoping for some help,so just a picture of the inside of the blazer with the tailgate closed.I,m working on a 78 blazer, thanks

Re: pic request of inside blazer with tailgate closed
The tailgate comes in just short of the second screw hole on the side panel trim. The third pic the gate is cracked open for reference.
