Difference between hatch latch on Suburban and Blazer
I had some Suburban hatch latches sitting on my desk and wondered how cloese they were to the Blazer ones. I know I often see Blazer guys looking for these hatch latches. When I put them side by side it appears to me the critical measurements on the two styles are the same. It appears to me that someone could just cut down a Suburban hatch latch and make it fit the Blazers. Has anyone ever tried this? I am including my pictures for reference.

Re: Difference between hatch latch on Suburban and Blazer
I've never seen them side by side before. Looks like if you cut down the second set of holes and a grinder to round the edges they would be the same.
