Door rubber needs replacing, but I need help

Hi everyone,

I've decided it was time to start working on my late fathers pick-up, so my first area of concern is the doors. The doors are not sealing properly when you close the doors due to the door rubber can no longer adhere/stick to the metal edging ..please see picture

Can this metal be purchased? If it can, what is the proper name for it? Thank you, Marty

It comes as part of the outer rocker panel.

Here's a write up on how to change one done by a fellow board member.
