Need some 6 lug swap info

Okay so I'm wanting to 6 lug swap my truck. I've got the rear end figured out, but I'm needing help with the front. I read that you can get replacement '60-'70 rotors to go on the squarebodys as long as you have the 1 1/4 inch thick rotors from the factory. I only have the 1 inch thick rotors so whats My options now? Thanks!

Re: Need some 6 lug swap info

Need to swap spindles due to the bearing size, cheap in the yard, if you are going to lower it, just choose the right ones. You do need the conversion rotors and correct calipers (standard thick rotors). So if you have 'thins' you need rotors, dust shields, and calipers, plus the conversion rotors and bearings / seals.

This is not the place to cheap out. If you're going in there it would be wise to do the balljoints if they aren't fairly new, and shocks.

use the spindles, rotors, calipers from the parts truck.

you will need 3/4 ton lower control arms from a 73-87 truck
