Lowering springs too weak for a bbc???
I'm going to use 3" drop spindles but was thinking I may want to lower it a couple of more inches. What I'm worried about is the spring rate, will typical lowering springs carry a bbc??

Re: Lowering springs too weak for a bbc???
Drop springs typically have a higher spring rate and I would ASSume they would feel better in with a big block over a small block.

Early Classic sells drop front coil springs in 1" & 2" in big block versions along with stock height springs. Small block versions also have a 1.5" drop version in addition to the other drops.
I'd give them a call and talk to them.
