heating and cooling (not sure where to post)

summer is getting here and I would like to get my a/c to work. My problem is I cant get the truck blow cold air through the vents or find out where it is blowing. Ive taken the blower motor out and inspected it and checked for debris. Ive remove the vent behind the glove box and checked both doors the best I could they both seem to move freely. Had to clean out the passenger kick panel actuated door. the truck has good heat blows really hard on heat setting just nothing really comes out on cold setting. when you switch it to cold you just hear air moving inside the box. Im alittle stumped sorry about the rambling and if not posted in the designated area. Please any suggestions or anyone with similiar problems.
