Replacement Seats & Seat belts ?

I have heard that seats & belts out of other vehicles have been found to work fairly well in the 67-72's.
Wondering if I could get pics of differnt seat & seatbelt set-ups, how well they bolted up, & year-make-model..

Probably the easieist are the 88-98 full size Chevy and suburban seats. Dodge and F@rd truck seat have also been used, but require more modifications to the mounts to sit lower.

Hmmm...Cherokee Buckets, Camaro/Firebird, sas well as a lot of the import buckest work well also.

Mostly it's setting up the mounts, but just about anything you like will probably fit in our trucks wirthout too much problem.

Mine has a split bench from a 94 Chevy 1500 extended cab, and the belts from that same truck. You can see my mess on my web site for the seat and belt mounting.

My $.02, if I ever redid this, I would use the one piece bench from the 88-98 truck with the fold down arm rest. Much simpler mounting, and since I can't really take advantage of the split bench, it would have save time on the install.
