Center Consoles

I just got rid of my 97 burb and replaced it with a 99. Lets face it - the center consoles in these models years are absolute garbage. No drinks sit in them decently, you cant set anything on them without it ending up on the floor in 5 seconds - you get my point
Has anyone replaced the factory console with something else- or built one ?
Pics and ideas are greatly appreciated.

Re: Center Consoles

I like the 99-00 Denali/Escalade consoles, factory and made to fit the interior. I have seen a couple of well done GMT-800 consoles as well, trying to find a picture for you, but coming up dry. There is a thread on another site, of just center consoles. Most are custom for audio/suspension/etc, but there are some clean looking usable consoles pictured.
