Anti sway bar for 64.
What year truck sway bars will go on a 64 C10 ?

I put a huge 1 1/4 inch one out of a mid 70s 3/4 ton truck in mine. Huge handling difference, had to drill 2 holes in each lower control arms and got new bushings... in the junk yards look for those with really thick front bars (CST models)
For the rear axle I don't have a clue what to do..... |

I bought the Bushings for a 1 1/4 inch sway bar from a Chevy truck store in Fresno (Early Classic Enterprises.... but they specialize in old chevy Pickups) The sway bar bushings are held to the frame with brackets and I think I did drill holes there ( new ones) too. Sorry been a while.
The late 70s through mid 80s truck have the large front bar...just look at them in the junkyards. They fit/function very well. Again I wish I had a rear sway bay ... |
