Radio opening retrograde

The PO of my 72 lwb stepside cut the dash to put in a modern radio. I hate how the newer radio looks and do have the original am radio. I have not taken the modern radio out yet so I don't know how butchered the opening is. I have high hopes that it is not too bad. Does anyone offer a plate that I could use to make it look more like it did before it was cut up? I may consider a delete plate and a hidden iPod amplifier if I can't find a better solution.
