Bed Interchangeably
I was wondering if there are any differences other than trim pieces between a bed from a 68 and one from a 72. I'm looking at purchasing a 72 SB 4x4 and the seller said it has a 68 bed on it. The truck is in rough shape, except for the bed, which is in surprisingly good shape

67-72 bed are all interchangeable. Only difference would be 67 has no markers and 68-72 do. Also like you said possibly different trim

Cool, thanks for the quick reply. I feel a little better now. Everything looked like it belonged, but I just wasn't 100% sure. Now to work out a deal :-)

I thought the68 had reflectors that did not light up. I have been wrong before.
