performance parts for a tall deck 427?
friend of mine told me where there is a 427 at but im assuming its going to be tall deck... can you get heads or headers or cams or intakes performance related for a tall deck BBC? i'd like to go with a nice lil over RV cam, better intake and headers

I have a 366 tall deck and all the parts are interchangable except the block and intake. There are shims made so you can run an aftermarket non-tall intake I think holly makes them but you will have to get/make an adjustable distributer i made mine. I am not sure on the possible piston and rod combinations if i remember right the rods are the same but the pistons are taller and have an extra ring grove and ring.
