stainless trim around windows

Hi everybody i have a 1968 chev truck and want to put the stainless trim on the front and back windows but heard the aftermarket trim was hard to deal with when installing wondering if any certain brands of trim are better any help would be great thank you for the replys

Can't answer your question as to whether or not one brand is better than another but can tell you that I've been pricing new windshield installation for my project and almost no one will install new glass with that trim and those that will are 3-4 times the price so it must be a real PITA!

Buy a used original early '67-68 set and polish them yourself installing the trim and installing the glass isn't really that hard ,Many threads on it in here .
