NJ SM420 trans, torque tube rear from 1950 3100

Getting ready to put the new driveline in my project so the tranny and driveline are on their way out.

SM420 trans - casting number 591907, production date code G220, "CONV6" stamped on case also. Looks like it leaks but the oil came out black, and the trans spins freely and shifts into all gears smoothly. Shifter included, driver quality (kinda rough and rusty). One bolt is broken off in the rear extension that mates to the torque tube.

Torque tube rear also looks leaky but rolls freely and doesn't make noise. This one has the Huck brakes. I have all brake hardware including the cylinders (which in the picture are out - the PO started to rebuild them).

All splines are intact on the torque tube and input shaft and when I took the cover off the u-joint on the trans looked new. The PO may have changed it out when he started to restore the truck.

Thinking $150 for the trans, $150 for the rear or $250 for all - if my price is off the mark, make me an offer. This would have to be local pickup.

Update: I will part this stuff out, if you need a part for a SM420 or for the rear, for example. I could ship parts too, unlike the whole units.

Update - Pretty much everything that was listed on eBay has sold. All that's left are the guts of the SM420, the axle housing and the Huck brake drums (have all 4 of these)

All prices plus shipping by cheapest means:

Trans top cover including shift forks - $25
Trans case - $25 (or $40 for the case and top together)
Input shaft - $20
Any gear from inside the trans (tell me which one you need) - $10
Axle housing - $40 (I can ship this in a Sonotube)
Huck brake drums - $20 each or $60 for all 4
