rear drum brake removal HELP!
I have a 1964 chevy c20. right rear brake cylinder blew out on highway ( nothing like using the E brake to drive 2 miles home, also replacing e brake since I burned it) I pulled off wheel, drum wouldn't just slide off, removed smaller 8 bolts and pulled right side axle, was left with what appeared to be a 2 inch bolt with teeth and a 6 sides lock ring that goes in those teeth slots, will someone please tell me how to remove my drum brake, ( with pictures if you can ) before I cut my axle housing and by a new rear end

It sounds like the brake shoe is holding it on. There is a wear ridge on the drum and the shoe is catching that ridge. Back the star bolt way down to give the shoes room to move in.n

If all the above fails. grind or drill the 2 pins heads off that hold the shoes to the backing plate and let the shoes come off with the drum to a point you can reach in there with a screwdriver and pop off enough springs to get it off.

Since the OP likely has a Eaton HO52, the hub has to come off with the drum. This means removing the spindle nuts so the entire assembly can slide off of the spindle.
