Anything else to replace with the transmission to case coupler?

I have to replace the coupling between my sm465 and np205. I'm planning on ordering this piece: http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/...r-p-20932.html
Is that the correct piece and of a decent quality? Is their anything else I should have on hand and/or be replacing while the transfer case and adapter is down? Seals, bearing, etc? I know I need to do the rear seal on the 205, is that pretty straight forward?
