Question about suspension swap out

My buddy has a 85 frame that looks like a half ton front end with 8 lug rotors.

I know it sounds weird but it's sitting right next to a 3/4 ton suburban frame of the same year and the sub looks much beefier.

I can get whatever I want off it for $50-75

My questions:

Can I use the entire cross member and the power steering setup off this on my 66 c10?

If so, can you convert to 6 lug rotors?

Honestly, the suspension looks just like mine, albeit a bunch grimier.

I need to know ASAP because they want to scrap it soon.
