Suburban spare tire rack
Was a inside spare tire rack ever an option for the 60-66 suburbans? If not, any pictures of ones that have been custom built? j

Re: Suburban spare tire rack
65 Suburban in the family since 1971. Spare tire is outside under the rear just like a modern truck. Fuel tank had a big scoop hollowed out of it to make room for the tire
But now my problem is I need to replace the fuel tank. Cant find any tanks with the tire cut-out. I think I might need to move the spare inside also. |

Re: Suburban spare tire rack
I was able to find a clean used tank. Had it boiled out and lined.
